Registration guidelines

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons do not need to register.
Delegates can purchase an additional ticket for one (max. 1) accompanying person to attend the Welcome reception (free of fee) or the Congress dinner (€ 60) through the on-line registration form.

Payment of registration fee

During the on-line registration process you will have two payment options:
1. On-line payment
For payments with American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and, for some countries other online banking applications. Please note: credit cards can only be charged during the on-line registration process through a secured site. Due to security reasons, credit cards cannot be charged after submission of your registration form.
2. Bank transfer after receipt of an invoice
Please do not transfer any fees until you have received your invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please include the invoice number as payment reference on your bank transfer. Cheques and money orders cannot be accepted for payment of the registration fees.

Group registration

If you are responsible for the registration and payment of a group with 10 or more participants, please send an e-mail with your contact details to the registration office NewBrooklyn (registration@newbrooklyn.nl).
There is no reduced fee or discount for group registrations. The individual registration fees are applicable.
If the number is less than 10 you need to make individual registrations and individual payments.     

On-site registration

If you register or pay on-site the on-site fee is applicable.
On-site payment of registration fees can be made:

• Online with credit card: VISA, MasterCard or American Express are accepted
  Please be advised that due to additional security measurements, credit card companies often ask for SecureCode (MasterCard) or password (Visa) in order to authorize the payment Please make sure you know your SecureCode or password! 
• Cash in Euro
  

    

Terms of cancellation

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the registration office NewBrooklyn.

• For cancellations made before 1 July 2010, the registration fee, less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded.
• For cancellations made from 1 July until 15 August 2010, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded.
• As of 15 August 2010, the registration fee will not be refunded.
