Hotel accommodation
Hotel rooms have been taken into option at the congress venue, the 4 star Hotel Villa Carlotta. If Hotel Villa Carlotta is fully booked, you will be booked in its partner hotel, Hotel Milano, located at 5 minutes walking distance from Villa Carlotta.
There are also a limited number of rooms available at the 3 star Hotel Colli Fioriti in Nebbiuno, 15 minutes by car from Villa Carlotta. Please note that no shuttle service will be provided between the Hotel Colli Fiorti and the congress venue. You will have to arrange for your own transportation, e.g. by sharing a taxi (approx. 20 euro per way) or by renting a car.
The Hotel Regina Palace (**** L) in Stresa also has rooms available.

Hotel Shuttle Service
In order to facilitate your transfer the hotel has organized a shuttle bus service Hotel shuttle service on Saturday, 11th September and Tuesday, 14th September, from/to Milano Malpensa airport. Please see the Travel page for the time schedule, costs and conditions of reservation and payment.
If you wish to use this service, make sure that you book it in advance by means of the Hotel Reservation Form.
How to book
Hotel accommodation and the hotel shuttle service should be booked and paid directly to Hotel Villa Carlotta. Please download the Reservation Form and email a scanned copy or fax the form to Villa Carlotta - the contact details are on the form.
Rooms in Villa Carlotta will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If Villa Carlotta is fully booked, you will be booked in the Hotel Milano.
