Abstract submission and deadline

Abstract submission is now closed

Abstract instructions

  • Abstracts can only be submitted through this website
  • Abstract must be written in English
  • The maximum length of the abstract title is 20 words
  • The maximum length of the abstract is 1700 characters including spaces
  • Authors are allowed to attach one (1) table per abstract
  • Prepare details of (max. 6 !) co-authors: first name, family name, affiliation, city, country

Abstract of invited presentation

If you have been invited to give a plenary presentation, please select on the abstract form the option ‘no review, this is an invited presentation ’.
Invited plenary speakers are requested to submit a biography via the abstract form. Please submit your biography as an abstract and select ‘no review, this is a biography’.

Abstracts for review

If your abstract needs to be reviewed, please select a review topic on the abstract form.

Abstracts can be submitted for one of the following topics:
  • Hematopoietic Stem Cells
  • Mesenchymal Stromal Cells
  • Immunotherapy
  • Gene Therapy
  • Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering
  • New emerging therapies in RM/TE
  • Prenatal tissue: Cord Blood, placenta and umbilical cord
  • Miscellaneous

After submitting your abstract

  • Submission of abstracts will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours. If the author does not receive an automatically generated e-mail, the abstract has not been submitted. The abstract author should then return to the abstract form and finalise the abstract submission procedure before 1 June 2010
  • The corresponding author will be informed about the review outcome by e-mail before 19 June 2010
  • The presenting author has to register and pay for the conference before 1 July 2010 (if not, the corresponding author will be informed by e-mail that the abstract will be cancelled)
